The app can add content-free version, device, environment, and support identifiers to help us investigate. It never adds your speech, typing, prompts, or results.
Setup checklist
- Install GhostSpeech on your iPhone.
- Open iOS Settings and enable the GhostSpeech keyboard.
- Turn on Allow Full Access so the keyboard can communicate with the GhostSpeech app.
- Open an app where you normally type and switch to GhostSpeech.
- Try Dictate, Ask, Rewrite, compact mode, and GIF search.
Common issues
The keyboard does not appear
Open iOS Settings, confirm GhostSpeech is enabled under Keyboard settings, then switch keyboards from the globe or keyboard switcher in the app where you are typing.
Full Access is off
GhostSpeech needs Allow Full Access so the keyboard can communicate with the GhostSpeech app, where the microphone and network requests live. Normal typing still stays local to the keyboard.
Microphone permission is missing
Open iOS Settings, find GhostSpeech, and make sure microphone permission is enabled.
Private Mode is unavailable
Private Mode depends on on-device capabilities, language support, and installed Apple assets. If it is unavailable, GhostSpeech can still use the server-powered Best Quality path.

You can delete your account from inside the app. See Delete account for details.
