GhostSpeech Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the GhostSpeech app and services, called GhostSpeech, we, or us in these Terms. By using GhostSpeech you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

GhostSpeech is a dictation keyboard for iPhone that converts speech to text and offers Ask and Rewrite features. Some features require an internet connection and an account; on supported devices, Private Mode runs on-device. Typing always works without Full Access and without a network connection.

2. Your account

You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from inside the app. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GhostSpeech for unlawful purposes; attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or use it to process content you do not have the right to process. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Availability and changes

GhostSpeech is currently offered as an early product and may change over time. We may add, remove, limit, or modify features as the app evolves.

5. Intellectual property

GhostSpeech and its software are owned by Vesta Plan Inc. and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. Content you create with GhostSpeech, such as your dictated text, belongs to you.

6. Third-party services

GhostSpeech relies on service providers to deliver some features, including speech-to-text, AI features, search, location, diagnostics, authentication, hosting, and GIF search. See the Privacy Policy for more detail about data handling. Your use of GhostSpeech is also subject to Apple's App Store terms.

7. Disclaimers

GhostSpeech is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Speech recognition and AI-generated answers may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesta Plan Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of GhostSpeech.

9. Termination

You may stop using GhostSpeech and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or as required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We will post the new version here and update the Last updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
